We bought a camper van. Sort of by accident.

It was almost a month ago when my daughter Lucy called to say that her boyfriend’s grandfather was going to attempt to break the Guiness Book of World Records record for the oldest person to do a headstand.

I was riding down my street today to drop off muffins at my friend Lizzie’s while trying to think what subject I should write about and that's when I realized that maybe my street was a good idea. I know a bit about this street having lived here for 21 years.

I was recently asked to share my favourite recipe during an interview for an online feature and this was the one I chose. If you decide to try it I promise it will be worth the effort.
