Shipping policy
SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
In the event we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. In case of an anticipated delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES
We ship ONLY within Canada.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We are located in Canada and all shipping costs are calculated through Canada Post. You can view their website at https://www.canadapost.ca to find the current pricing for your address.
We offer free shipping for orders over $75 within Canada. To qualify the order must be over $75 after any discounts and before any taxes are applied. If your order is valued below our free shipping amount, Canada Post automatically calculates the rate it will cost to ship it.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur and are often beyond our control.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number if one is applicable to the shipping method chosen at checkout. The tracking number will be active within approximately 24 hours of the Shipping Confirmation email.
PACKAGE HAS NOT ARRIVED
If you receive a delivery confirmation email but your package has not arrived yet, it could be due to one of the following reasons.
The package has been scanned by Canada Post but has not actually been delivered yet. This is quite common, especially during busy shipping seasons. Please allow 2-3 days for the package to arrive before contacting the Elves.

An incorrect or incomplete address was left at checkout. Please ensure we have the correct address to ship your order to. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address. The customer will be responsible for the cost to re-ship to the correct address.
If your package does not arrive and the shipping method chosen at checkout does not include tracking information please contact us at elfsupport@saboothroyd.com and we will do our best to make things right.
