I live with a man who I think is obsessed with brushing his teeth. He comes across this honestly as my sister and brother in law knew him very well when he was 15, and apparently he used to brush his teeth in his kayak while paddling down the river.
So not much has changed, except he has new toothbrushes. He uses 3 or 4 at a time and they get left in whatever room he is in.
I know you are likely saying that this is a good obsession, but here are some of the illegal bits. He brushed his teeth in the bus on the way to the airport for our big trip to Europe. He brushes his teeth when he drives, and the worst is this. . . he brushes his teeth on the side of the bed when I am trying to read at night.
What bugs me is this, he tries to talk as he is brushing. He should not be talking to me when I am trying to read!

The other day he came up and said “I can’t find my toothbrush. I think I was brushing in the garage and that is a problem as most of the toothbrushes in there are ones I use for cleaning the bikes. . . .”

UPDATE....
It's July 14th now and I have an update. A few weeks ago I drove him to Merritt to take part in a gravel bike race from there to Fernie (1050km). It was a self supported race so he needed to have everything with him for the potential 4 day ride. Anyhow, here he is 3 minutes before the start of the race. Says a little bit about how much he is attached to his toothbrush.
