Looking for a funny little gift for a friend who can laugh about getting older?
This tea towel turns all those familiar little “senior moments” of life after 50 into a collection of clever text abbreviations. It is the kind of thing people start reading right away, and before long everyone in the room is pointing to the ones that feel a little too accurate.
It makes a wonderful small gift for birthdays, Christmas, or simply one of those moments when you see something and immediately think of a friend.
One customer wrote to us, “We now have our own language with this tea towel.”
Hand illustrated by Canadian artist Sa Boothroyd in her studio on the Sunshine Coast, this design celebrates those everyday moments with warmth and humour.
This towel is the result of Elf Sylvia and Sa being stuck in a trade show booth for nine hours when there was a snowstorm outside and absolutely no one at the show. You leave two elves in a booth for that long and this is what happens.
